ITR Managed
ITR manages all aspects of program planning, scheduling, data collection, data analysis, information reporting, and data management. Customers manages internal information dissemination, preventive actions and corrective actions with ITR's assistance as requested.

Jointly Managed
ITR agrees with you responsibility for each key process. In some cases, customers prefer to manage scheduling and data collection responsibilities but rely upon ITR’s hardware, ’s hardware, software, analysis, reporting and data management expertise.

Using Industrial Technology Reliability Company"> ITR technology, you manage all key processes and ITR provides on demand support. In most cases, Customer managed partnerships begin as ITR managed partnerships while the customer develops the required competencies, often utilizing ITR training. This gradual progression ensures a smooth transition resulting in immediate payback and success.

As the matrix above attempts to demonstrate, ITR provides flexible solutions for partners based on technology, the partner's existing processes and their reliability objectives. For example, a Customer may have in-house infrared thermography capabilities, choose to rely upon ITR entirely for vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing and oil analysis, and use ITR reporting and information management processes.
