Off-the-shelf products are not always the best solution. ITR has designed and developed custom computerized vibration and other condition monitoring systems for over 25+ years to address:

  1. Specialized critical asset parameter monitoring (e.g. vibration, speed, load, temperature, humidity);
  2. Environmental and installation constraints (harsh environments);
  3. Safety constraints
  4. Accessibility constraints
  5. Asset to pulpit/control room connectivity constraints;
  6. Many more specialized condition monitoring needs.

Every application is different, but the ITR engineering team has designed, developed and implemented specialized condition monitoring solutions across most major industries.

The ITR applications engineering process has five major facets:

  1. Planning and Assessment: ITR engineers work with you to identify all project objectives, constraints, scope, and deliverables.

  2. Valuation: ITR supports you to assess the price of the project against anticipated ROI to determine whether to proceed. Projects not warranting ample ROI do not benefit ITR or you in the long-run.

  3. Design & Development: using inputs obtained during planning and assessment, ITR engineers design solutions, including verification of the design outputs.

  4. Validation: all solutions are tested to ensure requirements are met before the solution is relied upon in a production environment.

  5. Implementation: ITR engineers work with your engineers and technicians to implement the solutions onsite, through initial use.
