| Full Service:
Full service includes data collection at the customer's
site by ITR Technicians, interpretation of the vibration
signatures by ITR Analysts, and issuance of a report with
recommended corrective actions summarized in a clear,
concise preface to the the technical sections of the
report. Partial Service: Partial Service entails vibration data collection and modem transmission (of data) by the customer to ITR. ITR analyzes and reports recommendations in the Full Service report format. This service is preferred by customers located in geographical areas too far removed from any of our offices. This plan enables our customers to collect and transmit vibration data to our office for expert analysis without lenghty or expensive travel delays. Due to corporate downsizing and increased competition, companies are forced to produce "more with less". As a result, the preferred service among our customers is the full service plan. If your interest is to implement an in-house program, let ITR professionals train your staff. Numerous companies have opted for the full service, progressed to the partial service, and eventually assumed all the responsibilities of the vibration program. This natural progression ensures successful implementation, through training, and long term success. |
